Your Tasks
In charge of the internal Sustainability Academy, aiming to upskill and engage employees with regards to Sustainability for their daily work.
Drive further the development of E-Learnings as well as other training formats in terms of content, user experience and training completion, in particular:

develop content (e.g. videos) in collaboration with internal content owners, HR and external partners
-
prepare internal in-person sustainability trainings ( e.g. Net Zero trainings) together with content owners
-
evaluate, develop and implement new upskilling formats
-
set-up internal update events for key sustainability promoters
Support the development of internal engagement measures with regards to Sustainability, such as:

internal promotions and corporate sustainability events
-
sustainability contributions to functional conferences, e.g. Innovation events
