(Junior) Manager Sustainability Academy & Engagement (all genders)

Your Tasks

In charge of the internal Sustainability Academy, aiming  to upskill and engage employees with regards to Sustainability for their daily work.

Drive further the development of E-Learnings as well as other training formats in terms of content, user experience and training completion, in particular:

  • develop content (e.g. videos) in collaboration with internal content owners, HR and external partners
  • prepare internal in-person sustainability trainings ( e.g. Net Zero trainings) together with content owners
  • evaluate, develop and implement new upskilling formats
  • set-up internal update events for key sustainability promoters

Support the development of internal engagement measures with regards to  Sustainability, such as:

  • internal promotions and corporate sustainability events
  • sustainability contributions to functional conferences, e.g. Innovation events

Your Profile

  • Master in business administration, communications, sustainability management or pedagogy
  • First knowledge with regards to Sustainability management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing and multi-cultural environment
  • Strong conceptional skills
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in designing Learning journeys and delivering trainings, also in digital formats
  • Team-oriented, open and proactive
  • Fluent English and German in spoken and written
