Malgorzata was looking for a trainee programme that would let her see and learn as much as possible in a short time. At Beiersdorf she has been able to change departments every two months, working on different projects every time. She’s also chosen which function to join and which international subsidiary she would be assigned to. From the 150 offices available, she decided to head to Dubai, working in our regional Middle East headquarters. There she learned about the business from many different perspectives. Malgorzata was pleased to discover our buddy scheme, where someone was on hand to make her feel welcome from day one, and her senior level management mentor who is there to guide her on her career development. “The people create a really collaborate atmosphere,” she says of her experience. “Being in the programme you have a special relationship with other trainees and also the possibility to network worldwide.”
