2024 marks the second edition of our global volunteering initiative, CARE BEYOND SKIN Day.

Embedded within our CARE BEYOND SKIN Sustainability Agenda are our commitments to champion a more inclusive society and lead in climate care. Launched in 2023, CARE BEYOND SKIN Day embodies these efforts by empowering all Beiersdorf employees worldwide to devote one workday supporting important local causes.

Volunteering activities in 2024 came to life in countless forms: from renovating community spaces, to spending time with children and people with disabilities, caring for elderly, organizing clean-ups, and many more.

By offering our time, skills and resources we aim to live up to our purpose to CARE BEYOND SKIN and celebrate the power of collective action as one global team.

Now in its second year, our global volunteering day has already become a resounding success across Beiersdorf. With the collective efforts of our dedicated employees, partners and communities, we have not only touched lives but have reaffirmed our commitment to creating a positive social and environmental impact. Our purpose has transformed into action, and our company’s core values have manifested real change. This initiative is a testament to the fact that when we unite behind a shared mission, we can truly make a difference – and this is just the beginning of our journey.
