All you need to know about your application process at Beiersdorf! 

Step 1: Application via our Online Tool

Please only provide us with information that is important for the assessment of your application (CV, relevant references & certificates), preferably as PDF. You are also welcome to forgo an application photo. At Beiersdorf, we value diversity and want to give all applicants the same opportunities in our selection process - regardless of gender, sexual identity, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, or age.

Step 2: Selection Process and Interviews

If we see you as a a good fit for the role, we will invite you to interviews. We usually conduct two rounds of interviews, both with our recruiters and with the respective department. This also gives you the opportunity to get to know us better.

Application Process & Procedure of the BEYOND BORDERS Trainee Program

While getting a spot in our BEYOND BORDERS trainee program can be quite complex, it is important for us to be thorough when selecting our trainees so that we only choose the most suitable candidates. We look for applicants who fit in with Beiersdorf both professionally and personally and those who are passionate about our brands as well as the trainee program.
