Head of Integrated Media & Media Planner

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of media and digital experts, fostering collaboration and providing leadership by example.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of integrated media plans across traditional, digital, social, influencer, and emerging platforms to support brand objectives and business performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Precision Marketing & Precision Influence Leads, and media agency to ensure campaign strategies align with global and regional standards while being tailored to local market needs.
  • Develop and implement local media channel strategies, ensuring media sufficiency for each campaign, maximizing reach and impact through both digital and traditional media.
  • Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate the development process to ensure campaigns are executed on time, aligning all stakeholders, including Precision Marketing & Precision Influence Leads, marketing teams, and TTL (through the line) media agencies.Ensure budget allocation across digital, traditional, influencer, and pilot channels is optimized for maximum impact.
  • Oversee the contract with media agencies, ensuring the delivery of service and rates as per scope, working closely with procurement to optimize costsLead measurement tools (e.g., MMM, CMM, Social Listening) to optimize media spend and provide actionable business insights to marketing teams
  • Organize quarterly media reviews to measure campaign performance, capturing high-quality insights and ensuring continuous improvement in future media executionsOversee the development of TV media plans, ensuring financial optimization and achieving the best KPIs for the channel
  • Manage the agency delivery of data and input into all associated media tools (e.g., GMP and dashboards) and reports (MediaX and regional submissions). Audit and hold accountable for errors or lack of delivery

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PM & PI Leads, and media agencies
    • 6 - 8 years on-hand experience in traditional and digital media planning
    • Experience managing media agency relationships including negotiations, resource   & project management and delivery of scope, Experience in using Measurement tools for data-driven marketing
    • Experience owning and optimizing budget across multiple teams
    • Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan)
    • Significant experience communicating technical material to range of audiences, including brands, corporate leadership, technology partners, and agencies.
    • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, in order to communicate technical material to range of audiences, including brands, corporate leadership, technology partners, and agencies
