Peru’s national dish is
currently enjoying huge popularity. Ceviche – raw fish cured in lime juice – is
the latest “in” dish to take the international (haute) cuisine scene by storm,
stirring our wanderlust and our desire to discover a country full of contrasts,
caught somewhere between tradition and modernity: Peru. Today, we will stop off
at our affiliate in Lima, the capital of Peru, where our colleague Giannina
Brazzini of the HR team will give us a charming insight into Peruvian culture
and the local skincare market in one of the world’s fastest growing economies,
