Your Responsibilities

  • Strong collaboration with media team members: Ensure all tactics are aligned to create an effective 360° approach between organic and paid strategies.
  • Campaign Development: Leads the development and execution of highly targeted and personalized campaigns aligned to Precision Marketing principles, best practices and media guidelines.
  • Agencies: Maintain close collaboration with multiple agencies to ensure all campaign deliverables are met effectively.
  • Website : Support website development, maintenance, and optimization using internal/external platforms.
  • Content: Align strategies from organic digital and influencers into the yearly media activation plan.
  • SEO/ SEM : Develop, monitor, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze digital marketing campaign performance using various tools and agency reports, transforming data into actionable insights to drive business goals and optimize future campaigns. Additionally, leverage these metrics to measure overall business impact.
  • E-commerce Support : Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance online sales and improve the customer experience through digital marketing tactics.
  • Stay Current : Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Beiersdorf remains at the forefront of the beauty industry in Canada.

Do you possess...

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, CPG, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing digital campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, PPC, SEO).
  • Experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM , Google Analytics , and data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and drive insights.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
  • Creative, innovative, and results-driven, with a passion for beauty and consumer goods.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is preferred, given the bilingual nature of the Canadian market.
