Your Tasks
- Support in managing Beiersdorf’s corporate social media activities, including community management.
- Assist in creating target group-oriented content: from capturing short videos with a smartphone to copywriting and independently handling small projects in collaboration with our social media agencies.
- Contribute to the development of our social media editorial plans.
- Participate in the conception, planning, coordination, and execution of corporate campaigns (e.g., research, reporting, organizing photo and video shoots).
- Support interdisciplinary projects with other corporate departments, international affiliates, and external partners.
- Assist in the corporate employee advocacy program (helping employees become corporate advocates on LinkedIn).
Your Profile
- You are preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Media/Communication Studies, and/or Journalism.
- You are enrolled as a full-time student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) for the entire duration of your working student position.
- You are active on popular social media platforms and stay up to date with the latest social media trends.
- You are communicative, a team player, possess analytical thinking skills, and enjoy conceptual, creative, and editorial work.
- You have a quick grasp of new topics, strong organizational skills, and work independently, in a structured, and reliable manner.
- You have an affinity for graphic design and digital media.
- You are flexible and confident when interacting with colleagues and agencies.
- You have excellent English skills and are proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with tools like FaceLift or the Meta Business Manager would be a plus.
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in digital communication/social media through previous internships or working student positions.
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.Additional information
