Your Tasks

Contribute to Beiersdorf's global success by supporting product innovations and key process improvements, including the implementation of new tools and applications in our global procurement function. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the Direct procurement department of a leading international consumer goods manufacturer.

Your Tasks:

  • Support the implementation and roll-out of a new pricing tool for suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the supply chain, playing an active role in process improvement initiatives.
  • Work frequently with procurement relevant IT systems, including SAP and IBM TM1, to support the successful roll-out of new tools.
  • Preparation of data analyses and reports using MS Excel
  • Creation of presentations and training materials in MS PowerPoint to support project communication

Your Profile

  • You’re currently enrolled in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program for the entire duration of the working student role.
  • You feel confident using IT systems like MS Office and SAP (IBM TM1 knowledge is a plus).
  • You have a structured, analytical, and process-oriented approach to your work.
  • First experience through internships or working student roles, particularly in supply chain or procurement with an IT focus would be an advantage.
  • Very good communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
  • An affinity for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry would be beneficial

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
