Sr. Full Funnel Manager

Your Tasks

  • Drive the paid digital media & tech agenda across Beiersdorf brands

  • Specifically lead the integration between marketing & e-commerce teams across synced media initiatives through the year

  • Create monthly, quarterly, annual brand plans to drive full funnel marketing; drive ownership of campaign phasing, allocation & co-own budget decisions with Integrated Media Manager

  • Build the audience and data framework across BDF & all relevant ranges that are replicable across off-platform and on-platform

  • Own the test & learn approach between teams (local, regional) to push the MU agenda on building learnings from aligned pilot design & results

  • Build a result-oriented mindset by exploring multiple sources of data to create the right experiments, learnings & scale

  • Bridge the execution between marketing and e-commerce teams operationally to deliver incremental business value across key metrics

  • Be the single point of contact between marketing & e-commerce teams for all digital activations; drive synchronized consumer experience across platforms

  • Work closely with e-commerce customers to build marketing solutions along with internal e-commerce teams

  • Develop & sustain decided internal routines/disciplines across brand, digital, performance teams along with stakeholder management to deliver month-on-month transformation & results

  • Leverage learnings across full funnel digital marketing between both marketing & e-commerce teams to drive media & ROAS efficiency by being best-in-class, amongst other metrics

  • Lead new tech initiatives to drive business transformation.

Your Profile

  • 6-8 years of experience at an agency leading performance marketing OR

  • 3-4 years of experience at a brand leading integrated digital marketing efforts (on & off platform)

  • Proven track record of digital media impact on business

  • Proficient with digital, data & analytics with ability to slice & dice data from different sources and bring it together

  • Hands-on keyboard campaign experience managing on and off platform campaigns
