Your Tasks

Responsabilities:

Planning:
•Ensure that the ABP meets the needs of the business and are properly funded and resourced.
•Support the mapping of the needs of all activation markets and incorporate it into lead mkt workstreams.
•ABP/ Fast Start/ Business reviews: Build S&CM ABP/Fast Start / BR process for the MU.
•S&OP: Build local forecast for Category/ Channel

Base business:
•Design the assortment strategy based on Shopper occasions/RE understanding.
•Assure that plan by Channel (RE) follow brands principles on the commercial strategy: pricing, promo,
shopper activation, in store execution, aligned to marketing plan (Game Plan)
• Develop annual updates on all Category Success Models (CSM) for all categories. Use the CSM as
the base for all 4P plans by RE, with clear action plan (activities, responsible, deadline) by category/
channel. Use the CSM as the main tool for planning ABP building blocks (value creation exercise
should be done/ reviewed annually)

Innovation:
•Design innovation 'package' (fine tuning EM PICOS and Selling Stories) and deliver in full to all
relevant activation markets.
Commercial operations: Work in a fit for purpose S&CM operating model
•POSM: Work with Activation Markets to ensure that all POSM design needs are met. Design POSM with In
Store Excellence based on EM POSM guidelines (CSM and Innovation PICOS).
•PICOS: Drive synergy. Work with S&CM Channels on developing PICOS within customer based on annual
plan. Work with activation markets on commercial plans to 'activate' PICOS in each market.

Insights:
•Develop a single source of insight generation for the cluster, including collecting insights from
activation markets, converting into actionable insights, and communicating to all markets in the cluster.

Store Execution:
•Have a store-back mindset in all programs and workstreams.
•Field immersion: Do structured trade visits to verify retail context and collect information / insights about
execution, trends, and competitors.
•Dermo advisors consultants: Lead training team responsible for design training material and processes to
provide proper technical knowledge to the consultants, developing promotional material (brochures, samples,
uniform, etc). Ensure tracking results monthly and that local action plans are in place by store.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing areas
  • Experience in derma is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Mexican Trade and multichannel experience preferred
  • Good Financial Analysis skills required
  • Proven experiences of matching brand strategies and channel strategies, and translating it into
  • execution
  • Customer-centric thinking
  • Able to identify customers ‘needs and build business strategies based on them.
  • Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict within a network of stakeholders and internal/external customers
  • Pragmatic, Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
