Fragrance Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks

  • Operational activities in Fragrance Management as well as responsibility for strategic tasks in fragrance development
  • Independent management of concept-related, global fragrance developments with external partners
  • Global, strategic further development of Beiersdorf fragrance signatures across brands and categories
  • Management of the global governance role for the implementation of Beiersdorf fragrance signatures worldwide
  • Conception and detailed planning of projects and studies to ensure and further develop Beiersdorf's fragrance strategies
  • Coordination and management of scientific cooperation activities with external partners
  • Ensuring the provision of fragrance-related trends, product and concept ideas as part of innovation management
  • Implementation and management of fragrance-related, regulatory phase-out / phase-in projects
  • Professional, fragrance-related exchange with various internal and external partners - collaboration management

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree in natural sciences degree and several years of relevant professional experience in the field of fragrance development / evaluation
  • Experience in technical perfumery with regard to safety and stability requirements of perfumes
  • Experience in professional interaction and strategic and creative collaboration with external partners
  • International experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English, second foreign language desirable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and cooperatively in interdisciplinary and cross-functional and cross-regional teams
  • Analytical, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
