Our healthcare and medical device plant in Argentona (Barcelona, SPAIN) is going through an exciting transformation driven by growing production volumes and strategic investments.
In this context of growth and change, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner – Talent & Development to join our HR team and support key initiatives related to training, recruitment, and internal communication.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Support the design and coordination of training plans aligned with business needs and employee development goals.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for operational and junior office roles: job postings, interviews, coordination with hiring managers, and candidate experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful onboarding of new employees.
Contribute to talent development projects and help drive a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Support the implementation and tracking of HR KPIs related to training and hiring.
Assist in the organization of internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage internal HR communications by preparing clear and engaging content.
Qualifications & Skills
University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous internship or up to 2 years of experience in HR, ideally in training or recruitment.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on and proactive mindset.
Passion for people, learning, and building great candidate and employee experiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Fluent in Catalan and Spanish; English is valued and considered a plus.
