Your Tasks

Responsible for the planning and implementation of the channel promotion plan align with the category strategy, medical strategy and brand guidelines ad-hoc for the channel                                                                          Customer Promotion, planning, general administration, trade terms, define how to spend trade investment budget to maximize growth and conduct effective negotiations. Translate plans into a solid annual Sales Forecast.

Build a solid sales fundamental strategy and plan to maximize our distribution and presence in the channel.                                                                                                                                                                                    Brand Development projects (promotion, loyalty programs, incentives, visibility etc.) with Shopper & Customer Marketing and Medman Derma team for our Distributors and final key customers.

Develop together with Medman and Shopper & Customer marketing team the promotion strategy for medical congresses.

Manage daily business interactions with Distributors and final customers. Administration of trade spend, receivables, etc. Solving ad-hoc accounts issues.                                                                                                        Ensure an appropriate long term business relationship across channel customers. Leadership Capabilities. Leads, encourages and motivates internal teams and customers sales force teams.

Your Profile

  • University Degree (Business Administration, Accouning, Marketing, Enginnering or similar)
  • More than 3 years of experience in Commercial Areas in Dermocosmetic Category (Shopper & Customer Marketing, Sales or Medical Managment)
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills, verbal communication
  • Analytical capabilities (finance and sales) in combination with strategic thinking
  • Reliability in dealing with the administrative parts of managing a Key Account (self-management)
  • Excel and Microsoft Skills,
  • English - Intermediate (Advanced is a plus)
