Role Purpose

• To ensure the Logistics and Customer Service functions been performed in according to expected performance
• To ensure operations & billing task been performed within timely manner.

Key Accountabilities

• Value Added Services – Co-packing

1. To maintain record of Specification brief of LAS / VAS activities.
2. To ensure internal and external co-packing been performed in compliant to SOP.
3. To consistently look for improvement opportunity to shorten the process & lead time.

• Logistics Operations

1. To coordinate internally & externally to ensure all collections & receiving is in compliant to SOP.
2. To perform monthly write-off in compliant to SOP.
3. To troubleshoot on any discrepancies and resolved them.
4. To consistently look for improvement opportunities to shorten the process & lead time.

• Logistics Billing

1. To ensure all billing be processed accurately according to timelines.
2. To manage all billing discrepancies internally and externally.
3. To consistently look for improvement opportunity to shorten the process & lead time of billing.
   

• Master Data Management

1. To record and update on new SKUs.
2. To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
   

• Logistics Inventory and Compliance

1. Responsible in managing stock inventory, stock accuracy level and post-delivery activities such as medical devices return, disposal and recall in accordance with the organization operation and the GDPMD (Good Distribution Practise For Medical Devices) requirements.
2. Participate in the planned internal audit and management review in accordance with the GDPMD (Good Distribution Practise For Medical Devices) Standard.
