Your Tasks

  • Creating and implementing the online pharmacy sales action plan and tactics for the Baltics, in line with sales, channel, and brand strategy, as well as the Beiersdorf e-commerce formula and category/shopper insights for the Eucerin and Hansaplast brands
  • Delivering and managing annual online customer targets within agreed KPIs: net sales, profit, distribution, S&OP planning, receivables and digital shelf excellence
  • Managing the customer TTC budget (including price-off, retro and one-off budgets)
  • Taking care of key business relationships, both externally and internally

Your Profile

  • University degree in the business area
  • Min. 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales (eg., Sales Specialist, Jr KAM) or in an agency role
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Commercial awareness and good negotiation skills applicable in everyday work
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
