Your Tasks
Monitor and steer the Regional Finance Organization (Shared Service provider & Countries) to ensure:

Compliance with Global standard Processes. Supporting teams to adopt standard process.

Monitor and drive operational performance (compliance & efficiency KPI’s for accounting and digitization)

Support in timely and efficient closing process as a regional key user and correct reporting of Financial results as per IFRS

Actively interface with Shared Service Center and local finance organization to resolve financial queries and ensure improved operation

Development of Financial processes and achieve process optimizations

Support and contribute to Global Finance project’s rollouts into the Region (Kick off, testing, coordination, Go live and hypercare).

Drive process standardization e.g. local specificities, drive exception into defined standard process)
