Your Tasks
- Digitalization & HR Tech: Work closely with both HR and IT teams to understand how HR processes work — and how we can make them better. You’ll help document requirements, support configuration of HR Platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, test new digital solutions, and help in the trainings.
- HR Data & Stewardship : Get hands-on with real HR data. You’ll step into the shoes of a data architect or steward, learning how data flows through our systems, and how to keep it protected, accurate, and impactful.
- Analytics & Reporting: Dive into tools like Power BI and contribute to reporting and dashboards. You’ll help turn data into insights that actually drive decisions.
- Projects & Innovation : Get involved in ongoing projects that interest you — or even propose your own ideas. We love creativity and fresh perspectives!
