Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the long-term brand strategy development
  • Assess Eucerin introduction into new segments/categories, including identifying white space opportunities, expansion areas and developing a strong product innovation pipeline for brand’s profitable success
  • Continuous monitoring of consumer and professional needs/trends, as well as of competitors, to derive conclusions for a winning category strategy
  • Strategic and conceptual advancement and development of product innovation
  • Develop long-term financial scenarios for the evaluation of existing and new categories
  • Define & steer market research aligned with strategic business needs
  • Orchestrate Marketing plans implementation and execution across the organization to meet brand’s objectives
  • Develop communication platforms and creative via briefings, workshops, and agency steering and collaboration
  • Review and contribute to the development of ATL communications (digitally focused) and brand integrations, media plans, editorial calendars, digital channels, social & PR calendars
  • Partner with Shopper & Customer Marketing/Trade Marketing teams to secure successful implementation of BTL activities in key channels & customer
  • Collaborate strongly with global & US teams
  • Team leadership, active coaching and development for direct report and peers
  • Budget Management and accountability for P&L development

Your Profile

  • Brand management experience in cosmetics, OTC or CPG
  • Strong understanding of skin and the science of skincare, as well as experience with the Dermatology community/OTC (preferred)
  • Entrepreneurship mindset with a sense of accountability and the will to go above and beyond the job description
  • A strong sense of purpose, make our products available and known to all Canadian consumers
  • Very strategic mindset, capable of seeing the big picture and zoom in and deep dive into topics
  • BS/BA in Marketing
  • Experience in financial analysis, business case development and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management (strong asset)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principals, as well as analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, bilingualism an asset
  • Must be results-oriented, organized, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others
