Brand Manager

Your Tasks

As Brand Manager NIVEA Body & Universal Creams you will execute the PL marketing strategy and plans for respective categories ensuring the delivery of agreed category share, net sales, GM and brand targets.

Responsibilities

  • Within global & regional frame and based on consumer insights & commercial data, co-creating local marketing activation plan for respective categories, incl. assortment steering (L/RL/gap closing) and ATL & BTL program
  • Based on the regional & local strategy, co-shaping the annual local marketing and business plan including an optimized mix of all 4Ps to achieve market share, sales and budget targets. Executing agreed brand marketing strategy and plans for respective categories in Poland ensuring the delivery of agreed KPIs building on local market opportunities and consumer insights and needs
  • Owning and steering respective category budget and allocating investments in line with local strategy and within regional guidelines
  • Fostering and driving brand love among various target segments by implementing strategies that build loyalty, engagement, and positive sentiment
  • Steering the adaptation of global/regional material (product artwork, communication assets, etc.) to match local needs
  • Monitoring and steering performance, based on external (Nielsen, customer, media) and internal data to adjust and optimize plans
  • Closely collaborating with local commercial team to ensure cross functional alignment and steering of the brand performance throughout the year
  • Closely collaborating with Eastern Europe Marketing Team for best in class program shaping and execution

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing (FMCG experience, cosmetics/beauty experience is a plus)
  • Experience in and proven track record of thriving in fast-paced corporate environment with ambiguity; openness for change
  • Results and performance driven personality with entrepreneurial and can-do mindset and high proactivity to drive business opportunities with high sense of responsibility (own the business)
  • Awareness for culture / strong / proven ability to adapt to different cultural environments with strong soft and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration (we culture)
  • Proven ability to think strategically and from commercial perspective leveraging data sources, high-level analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business plans
  • Fluent in English and Polish
