Your Tasks
Job Purpose : To support the eCommerce & Key Account Manager (eKAM) in achieving the short, mid and long-term commercial objectives of the account team as agreed within the sales strategy of the country and also having interface with regional team in what regards guidelines, campaigns and POS execution. To be the link between departments: Sales, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Finance and Shopper & Marketing in order to achieve the overall country objectives.
Customer contact
- Responsible for the maintenance of the brand and products positioning in online stores, including search strategy, ePOS content execution and brand pages
- In close contact with customers to support on frequent requests related to orders, content, innovations, and others
- Support online promo plan materials and activation
- A reliable and knowledgeable person to share information and interface with online Customers
- Contact with Customer Service in order to proactively monitor orders and signaling mistakes regarding timings and quantities.
Customer Business Plans
- Assist eKAM on business plan monitoring, sales metrics evaluation, conducting analysis and other weekly/monthly tasks.
- Support in business reviews preparation
Performance Management
- Support eKAM on new activations interconnected to Digital Marketing or eCommerce Regional Team
- Support Promo Plan post-mortem analysis focused in performance improvement
- Control the financing and payment of promotions with an accurate review
Your Profile
Hard skills
- Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration (or similar);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (namely Excel and Power Point)
- SAP and Power Bi knowledge is an added value
- Preferrable to have at least 6months experience with account management, if not be willing to have face to face hard interaction with clients
