Your Tasks

Support the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Assist in stakeholder management by preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials to engage cross-functional teams
Conduct research on IT trends, digitalization strategies, and industry best practices to provide insights for decision-making
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio & Value Management teams to ensure structured project execution and value-driven transformation
Help drive change management initiatives, supporting communication strategies that facilitate seamless adoption of digital solutions
Support the development of KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of transformation initiatives
Contribute to the creation of knowledge-sharing frameworks, enabling team members to stay informed about evolving digital strategies
Learn from experts: Gain insights into modern IT architectures and digital strategies
Exciting projects: Work on real-world business challenges with tangible impact

Your Profile

•   Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Business, Strategy or a related field
•   Strong interest in digital transformation, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and business value management
•   Basic experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus
•   A structured and analytical mindset, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
•   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to simplify complex topics
•   Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment
•   Fluency in English (German is a plus) and strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
