Supply Chain Project Leader (all genders)

Your Tasks

  • Multi project management of IIM projects and Supply Chain Transfer Projects
  • Leading cross-functional Supply Chain Teams
  • Member of IIM Project Core Teams
  • Defining and steering necessary work packages to achieve the project target in cross-functional teams
  • Securing change-, quality- and risk management within the projects
  • Securing a robust Supply Chain Set-Up for the new Product Innovation
  • Interface between Supply Chain functions and the IIM process
  • Central point of contact for cross-functional topics within Supply Chain
  • First contact point for GBU regarding brand group specific Supply Chain topics

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable Technical or Economics University
  • Several years of demonstrable experience in a relevant business capacity, with a focus on at least one aspect of the Supply Chain function
  • Proven track record in leading teams, with a particular emphasis on cross-functional and international team management
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at bridging hierarchies and fostering collaboration across various functions
  • Strong motivational skills to inspire teams towards common goals
  • Proficiency in Project Management, with a history of successfully leading and executing projects within defined timelines and budgets
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities to effectively navigate complex business scenarios
  • Self-motivated individual with a diplomatic approach to handling challenges
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous
