The Product & e-Shop team based in Hamburg Eimsbüttel provide employees of Beiersdorf AG and its affiliates throughout Germany with their own core brands.

Your Tasks

  • Day-to-Day business of the Product Shop: Support and take over classic sales activities (checkout, customer advice, reordering products and stocking shelves).
  • Customer Communication: Answering customer enquiries and providing information on products, orders and deliveries.
  • Product-Data Management: Responsibility for managing and updating our product database, mainly in Excel and SAP (price maintenance, product descriptions and images for online and offline).

Your Profile

  • Duly enrolled during the entire working student activity
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Organisational talent and ability to work in a structured manner
  • Flexibility and resilience to actively support the day-to-day business of the Product & e-Shop

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
