Your Tasks

  • IT Support for users across Northern Europe and United Kingdom logged via ticketing platform.
  • Provide IT training and knowledge transfer to users.
  • Local Hardware support: Laptops, Mac, iPads, iPhones, Printers etc.
  • Manage and maintain asset registry.
  • Purchasing of local hardware such as Mobile devices, peripherals.
  • IT cost management for the relevant area of responsibility.
  • Conference & event management support at Beiersdorf: Responsibility for IT service delivery relevant topics of conference and event management.
  • Management of IT service delivery projects or support for other internal IT service delivery projects
  • Responsible for the application of and compliance with the Beiersdorf Shared Service IT service and support processes within the area of responsibility
  • Development of proposals/measures for further improvements of IT services and products

Your Profile

  • IT professional experience with a focus on IT service delivery.
  • Comprehensive IT knowledge for HW/SW, especially in the area of desktop services and other end-user services.
  • Knowledge of iOS/MacOS, Windows 10 / 11, printing, mobile devices, MS Office and other IT solutions
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
  • Project management skills and competence in handling projects
  • High flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to learn continuously
  • Assertiveness and ability to work in an international team
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel on business as and when required.
