Your Tasks
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
Manage and coordinate sales reports both Internal (Net sales and In Market Sales) and External (EPOS and Neilsen), ensuring all deliverables are accurate and on time, aligning with business objectives.
2. Market and Competitor Tracking

Continuously track competitor activity and conduct in-depth analysis on its impact to the category and business.

Monitor promotional effectiveness and pricing strategies, providing actionable insights to optimize product positioning.
3. Customer and Channel Engagement

Lead cross-functional collaborations to ensure smooth execution of customer-specific strategies and promotional programs

Support customer engagement by crafting tailored presentations, including category reviews, new product launches, and joint business plans (JBP).
4. Execution and Operational Support

Gather and analyze Sales Pre-S&OP inputs, synthesizing data across various customer teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

TRAX Management:

Ensure timely and accurate TRAX master data updates and resolve any data discrepancies, liaising with relevant teams via Jira.

Sales Fundamental Tracking and Reporting

Top 10 SKU Tracking: Monitor sales performance of the top 10 SKUs, identifying trends and opportunities.

Distribution Tracking and Optimization: Use Cumulative Weighted Distribution (Nielsen) to track and optimize product distribution across key accounts and stores for total assortment + core SKUs
Your Profile
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Analytics, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in sales analytics, trade marketing, market research or a related field.

Hands-on experience in managing data systems and reporting tools (e.g., TRAX, Nielsen, EPOS).

Knowledge of S&OP processes and in-market execution strategies.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions, Power BI, Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes, with a focus on analytics-driven decision-making.

Ability to manage and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights for business leaders.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in project management, leading initiatives from concept through to execution.
