The Head of Marketing  Skin Care Brazi will lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives to grow the NIVEA brand. This includes managing a complex portfolio of products and ensuring alignment with business objectives across innovation, marketing, and operational excellence. The role encompasses responsibility for driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability while fostering collaboration across regional and global teams.

Strategic Development and Category Management:

  • Develop and implement category strategies for NIVEA Skin Care, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Manage the creation and execution of category plans, including new product launches, advertising campaigns, consumer promotions, packaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive category growth initiatives by analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data.

Financial and Business Performance:

  • Oversee marketing budgets for all categories, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal ROI.
  • Deliver on key performance metrics, including net revenue, gross margin, and market share targets.
  • Lead the Annual Planning Process, integrating financial analysis, consumer insights, and P&L objectives into actionable plans.
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of advertising and promotional expenditures.

Marketing Leadership:

  • Support and drive success across marketing platforms, including social media, influencer collaborations, and CRM initiatives.
  • Partner with agencies, regional/global teams, and sales to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Seu Perfil

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or category management within the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in financial planning, including budgeting and P&L management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Fluent Business English
