Working Student Procurement Digitalization & Analytics (all genders) I Beiersdorf

Your Tasks

  • Work with the Digitalization & Analytics team to develop and execute global Procurement projects, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met
  • Provide project-related communication to global Procurement network
  • Support the Digitalization Development Managers in developing automation (e.g. MS Power App/Flow) and reporting solutions (e.g. MS PowerBI)
  • Support the Digitalization Development Managers in enhancing our existing tools e.g. SAP Ariba
  • Create and execute Procurement system trainings
  • Concept and design presentations, tutorials and manuals

Your Profile

  • Advanced studies with focus on Procurement, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Management or similar
  • Enrollment in full-time studies during the entire working student activity
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated interest in digitalization topics
  • Strong MS office skills (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ideally, first working experience through training or internships in the field of Supply Chain or Procurement
  • Ideally, first working experiences in project management
  • Ideally, first working experiences in coding
  • Structured and thorough way of working, good communication skills, creative, result orientation
  • Enjoyment of working in an international environment

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
