Your Tasks
- Scheduling, Control and follow up VAS production at in-house and external subcontractors for domestic and export products; to guarantee Service Level to final customers
- Replenishment planning for standard packaging materials, ensuring the demand for materials is met and delivery schedules are on time
- Understand and manage risks to minimize the impact on the VAS production plan and Replenishment material schedule
- Coordination and planning of outbound/delivery to subcontractor of finished goods components & packaging materials and inbound of VAS products
- Monthly monitor and control of inventories at subcontractors location
- Minimize obsolete stock and ensure the business is left with minimum liability
- Reporting of KPIs, monthly & weekly health tracker and/or risk assessments
- Capacity planning with subcontractors to avoid bottlenecks and balance production requirements against capacity under agreement. Generate monthly forecast for subcontractors, for 6 months rolling.
- Monthly assessment of subcontractors performance
- Take follow up actions in relation of material shortages that affect the availability of the products
- Proper system usage for planning
- Develop and recommend improvements to current operating procedures
- Be forward thinking and understand long term impacts of decisions
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, etc.
- Minimum of two year of experience in Logistics or Planning
- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems
- Analytical mind with excellent problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills.
- Utilizing Synergies, Relationship Building, Communication, Integrity, Initiative, Eagerness to Learn, Customer Orientation, Quality Consciousness
- Experience with APO, SAP
- English fluent written and spoken
