Your Tasks
Be part of the Beiersdorf M&A team and support Beiersdorf on national and international M&A projects:
- Support in the assessment of potential acquisition targets (incl. business model and valuation analyses etc.)
- Conducting comprehensive company and industry research
- Support in the execution of M&A transactions (e.g. process management, due diligence coordination, preparation of decision papers)
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefings for top management, executive board and supervisory board
- Support optimizing the internal M&A databases and tools
Your Profile
- Student with focus on Finance, Management or related discipline
- First experience in M&A via an internship in investment banking, transaction services or consulting
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability
- Very good MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Highly motivated teamplayer with international mindset
- Fluent in English
- Enrolled during the whole internship (bachelor or master studies) respectively internship after bachelor studies in preparation of master studies
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.Additional information
