Your Tasks

  • Serve as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, actively contributing to set the future direction and overarching strategy of the Sales Team
  • Provide motivating and empowering leadership to the assigned account team, act as a role model and coach the team to develop and execute our account strategies
  • Play a key leadership role in respect of the assigned key accounts, ensuring all growth opportunities are identified and maximized
  • Build strong and sustainable customer relations with all relevant stakeholders
  • Leverage customer, channel and category knowledge to create joint category growth plans and projects with customers
  • Define and negotiate the pricing strategy through all assigned accounts
  • Track and strengthen sales fundamentals (distribution, promotion and placement)
  • Provide guidance, mentoring and motivation to the broader sales team and act as a role model for the team in successful customer collaboration
  • Provide input to the product development process and collaborate with the cross-functional category teams to drive meaningful innovation
  • Lead and Direct the national pricing team and pricing efforts across all customers and all relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in a business administration or similar
  • Long-standing sales experience incl. direct key account management and negotiation experience in the FMCG industry. Ideally with experience in different sales channels
  • Experienced in developing and leading high-performing teams in very competitive environments
  • Strong relationship-builder and communicator who effectively connects with external and internal stakeholders on all hierarchical levels
  • Demonstrates a compelling mix of strategic and operational skills. Gets things done while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver a sales strategy and demonstrate commercial success.
  • Comfortable working cross functionally and taking a meaningful role in driving the business strategy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experienced in operating effectively within a matrixed structure
  • International and cross-functional experience is preferred
