Your Tasks
We are the Global Finance Services (GFS) team at Beiersdorf Shared Services, THE global Shared Services business partner within the Beiersdorf family. By joining our Tax Governance Team in Poznan, you will work in an international environment with a great atmosphere and numerous opportunities for professional growth.
Your tasks will mainly focus on supporting senior tax experts in projects and in tax compliance tasks like:
- Day to day relationship with external tax outsourcing partner and providing transactional data required for tax returns
- Preparation of tax returns
- Monitoring tax compliance deadlines to ensure timely submission of tax filings
- Assisting Beiersdorf Shared Services accountants/external tax advisors in preparing Transfer Pricing Documentation
- Providing support with the implementation of legal requirements e.g. SAF-T reporting, e-invoicing
Main areas of tax covered will be CIT, VAT, WHT, Transfer Pricing, Pillar2, and potentially local tax requirements e.g. DAC6/MDR, Property Tax.
To support you enjoyment and professional growth in this role, we offer: internal tax trainings, SAP training and access, participation in tax project meetings, daily support from senior team members and the manger.
Your Profile
- You are studying finance, or accounting and taxes or a comparable field of study – you are striving to improve your acumen in field of taxes
- You can work min. 30h per week
- You work structured, carefully and have a high sense of ownership
- You are confident in handling MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Properly enrolled during the entire time as a student trainee, at least next 12 months
- Very good knowledge of English spoken and in written
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań
