Your Tasks

  • Represent Packaging Development Health Care in international development and launch/relaunch projects, developing new packaging systems and optimizing existing solutions for Medical Devices.
  • Leverage our innovative strengths and drive for execution to consistently set new standards for design, functionality, and costs in the regulatory framework of medical devices and medicinal products.
  • Work together with our production centers and our packaging suppliers to identify and pursue opportunities for optimization (functionality, costs, quality, efficiency).
  • Steer research and prototyping activities and help to identify opportunities for our future product portfolio.
  • Conduct verification activities and support packaging tests in our laboratory in the frame of Compliance Documentation for Medical Devices.
  • Track the market and the competition, share your findings in your work and with the team.

Your Profile

  • Degree in natural sciences or engineering.
  • Ideally working in a similar position, but also other technical experience with a minimum initial knowledge of packaging development (gained through extended internships, for example).
  • Open to packaging validation and verification documentation in the regulatory framework of medical devices and medicinal products.
  • A proven track record in project and process management.
  • A sure command of moderation and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent team working abilities and strong communications skills.
  • Fluent English, German or additional languages are an advantage.
