Your Mission, Your Impact:

As a Global HR Business Partner (all genders) at Beiersdorf in Hamburg you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization, impacting the lives of our teams and making people fall in love with our strong Company purpose. You will be a strategic partner to our business and people leaders, driving our global people-centric agenda forward and developing global HR initiatives that foster the growth of our talents, our organization and the business.

 

With your entry you will first focus on these target groups: Global R&D (Research & Development) 

Your Tasks

Be a change driver

  • You are agile in driving organizational change by growing ideas for new structures and processes into practical concepts globally.
  • You bring them to life, implementing all actions to ensure operational and organizational excellence on global, regional and local level.

Be a thought partner

  • You act as a solution-oriented sparring partner for our Global area executives, supporting them in all people-related aspects of shaping their areas.
  • You feel comfortable in the role of the trusted advisor who constructively challenges established ways of thinking.
  • You develop the right set of strategic HR initiatives for your area of responsibility, e.g. fostering diversity and inclusion, or embedding new ways of working in our culture.

Deliver HR business

  • You steward all HR processes such as talent and performance management, leadership coaching and development, personnel cost planning, as well as recruitment in close collaboration with line managers
  • You work together with a functional team of HR professionals (e.g. recruiters, HR generalists, payroll specialists, global mobility experts) to deliver excellence in execution

Develop our function

  • Identify improvement ideas to increase impact, effectiveness or employee experience in global and local HR/People processes and structures and take ownership to change them.

Your Profile

  • University degree
  • Relevant years of experience in HR with focus in Business Partnering, ideally with experience in R&D or related field
  • Ideally experience in managing, or beeing part of, major projects like Transformation
  • Proven track record in HR project management in global environment
  • International experience in a for you foreign country
  • Earned experience from agile, dynamic, global companies
  • Strategic & entrepreneurial mindset with excellence in implementation
  • Outstanding analytical, conceptual & digital skills combined with pragmatism and agility
  • Good understanding of business needs and organizational topics
  • Team oriented & empathatic
  • Fluent in English (more language skills are welcome)
  • Coaching experience is a plus

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
