To strengthen the Field Sales department of Eucerin , Beiersdorf Belgium is looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic Sales Representative - Pharmacy (West-Flanders Region) - 1 year temporary contract .
As Sales Representative, your focus will be developing & maintaining long term relationship with customers in the respective sector (private pharmacies, chain pharmacies, small & private groups,
para-pharmacy, medical wholesalers, homes) while maximizing sales opportunities (driving sell-in & sell-out). Your main responsibilities will include:
General:
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships of trust based on Beiersdorf values;
- Is responsible for reaching turnover and sell-out targets and therefore works in a result oriented way;
- Acts as a preferred point of contact for customers and provides advice to promote sales of our products;
Drives & develops the business within respective sector:
- Analyses the sales figures of the sector (sell-in + sell-out), and identifies opportunities with existing and new customers
- Prepares & plans customer visits in line with visiting guidelines in most efficient way possible
- During visits, presents the Eucerin & Hansaplast range and promotions, take orders and ensure appropriate follow-up;
- Drives business & participates in yearly negotiations with small & private groups located in the sector (in cooperation with Field Sales Manager)
- Prospects new customers in respective sector
- Participates & supports during national and local training initiatives (e.g. live webinars, local evening events etc.)
Connection with rest of the team:
- Works closely with the different departments of the company (trainers, medical representatives, customer service, marketing, etc.) and participates in sales meetings.
- Collects insights from the sector and actively shares them with colleagues e.g. during sales meetings
- Proactively makes suggestions for improvements
