Your Tasks

You will keep the SAP Product Master Data (Material Master, BoM, document, Change Master, Classification - SAP Modules MM, PP, CA) system stable and daily business running:

  • Provide expert-level support for SAP applications and modules, addressing complex issues escalated from 1st level support.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot SAP system errors, performance issues, and user-reported problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions effectively.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Document support processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Liaise with SAP vendors and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks to ensure optimal operation.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system changes and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends to provide informed support

Your Profile

Required:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering or an equivalent education combined with several years of work experience.
  • Good Experience in SAP modules MM, PP, CA.
  • Knowledge of ABAP and Fiori and ability to read code
  • Good knowledge of ABAP OO, experience with different SAP development concepts (e.g. SAP Enhancement Framework, different integration techniques, BAPI, BDC)
  • Process Know How in Product Design, preferably in the Consumer Goods Industry.
