Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Demand Planner, you will be part of the Eastern European Demand Planning team, collaborating locally with various departments, including Sales, Shopper & Customer Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing. Your key responsibility is to drive improvements in the quality of business planning within the local Sales & Operations process and various key performance indicators, with a particular emphasis on Service Level in-Full, Forecast Accuracy, and Forecast Bias.
- Demand planning of our products using machine learning methods (statistical models, neural networks, etc.) and business intelligence systems in close cooperation with the sales, marketing and finance teams
- Promotion planning together with the sales and shopper marketing teams
- Analyzing the market potential of innovations together with the marketing team
- Participation in S&OP meetings to prepare the full-year financial outlook for the Austrian market on a monthly basis
- Working closely with the Supply Planning team to ensure maximum delivery capability for our customers while avoiding obsolescence
- Initiate and lead optimization and improvement projects
- Monitor, report and analyze relevant planning metrics for continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Completed business studies with a focus on supply chain or a similar focus
- Ideally initial planning experience in the FMCG industry
- Analytical and precise way of working, paired with creativity and energy for improvement measures
- Very good communication skills
- High motivation and interest in international teamwork
- Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Advantage: Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAP APO and SAP Analysis for Office.

The salary depends on the position and your qualifications and starts at 3.307,50 gross (full-time) per month, overpayment depends on qualifications and experience.
