Your Tasks
Join the global team of Consumer Interaction Managers within the global Quality Management Department at Beiersdorf, a global leader in the skincare and consumer goods industry. Our team, based in Hamburg with colleagues on all five continents is at the forefront of developing the loyalty of our consumers and protect our brand reputation worldwide. We are partnering with our local Consumer Interaction teams while collaborating closely with units such as Marketing, Procurement, IT, Data Protection and Legal to build strong consumer relationships and foster brand loyalty by providing a best-in-class consumer contact experience.
Typical tasks within the scope of your working student activity are for example:
• Participation in projects on operational & strategic level (e.g. global CRM system implementation & trainings and monthly reporting analysis)
• Support in consumer feedback relevant topics (e.g. HQ support for local affiliates)
• Cross-functional and international cooperation within Marketing, Corporate Communications, R&D and related functions
• Working with consumer interaction relevant IT systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI
• Preparation of consumer statements as well as analyses and overviews in MS Excel
• Creation of presentations in MS PowerPoint (e.g. training material for internal teams as well as external care line agents)
• Occasional management and coordination of team meetings & travels
Your Profile
- Studies in the field of quality management, marketing, market research, business administration, economics or similar
- Enrolled during the whole working student time in bachelor’s or master’s studies
- First experiences through internships or working student activities in marketing, quality management or IT
- Affinity for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Confident handling of MS Office. MS Sharepoint, SAP and Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, independent and process-oriented way of working
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.Additional information
