Your Tasks

Are you a passionate storyteller and have already gained some experience in this field? Would you like to gain experience in Corporate Communications at a company focused on care? We are looking for you – ambitious in storytelling, with a high digital affinity, a flair for target-oriented communication and a desire to inspire various people about the new Beiersdorf Campus and the Heritage Room – a space dedicated to the company's history and its brands.

The following areas and tasks await you:

  • Tour Guide: Planning and conducting tours (for employees, journalists, shareholders, retirees, etc.) through the new Beiersdorf Campus, including the Heritage Room – an exhibition space dedicated to the company's history and its brands
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other teams in planning and conducting tours through the Campus
  • Planning special exhibitions in the Heritage Room, including research, concept development, and database work
  • Taking on sub-projects and areas of responsibility in the context of the Heritage Room
  • Day-to-day operations of the Heritage Room (testing functionalities, replenishing stocks in the room – ensuring that visitors always have an inspiring experience)

Your Profile

  • Student with a focus on History, Communications, Media Studies, or comparable study
  • First work experience through previous internships/working student positions is an advantage
  • Enrolled for the entire duration of the working student position
  • Excellent communication skills, eloquent and open-minded, very competent in exploring and processing new content
  • Flair for exciting storytelling, suitable for various target groups
  • Careful, structured, and independent working style
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge in MS Office 365 and SharePoint
  • First experience in working with databases and data documentation
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
