As one of our internal talents is making a step abroad, we are looking to strengthen our Finance Team with a driven & analytical Commercial Controller .
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Commercial Business Partner for the Belgian Sales & Category Management team, ensuring fact-based decision making and supporting sustainable, profitable growth
- Responsible for business performance analysis, consolidation, and reporting on total customer & category level of our business (Nivea, Labello, etc), highlighting main drivers (e.g. Customer, Category, mixed)
- Being the finance process owner to steer major forecasts on key business KPIs, e.g. Sales and Gross Margin, coordinating among internal stakeholders within Finance team, local commercial teams, and local management team
- Process owner of maintaining contractual Trade Terms and Conditions in SAP and steering against the business plans
- Finance process owner of Pricing Tool (Vistex), properly maintaining the latest prices in the system with accurate conditions, and monitoring the process to meet the internal compliance regulation
- Key User of sales planning tool (Key Account Planning – TM1), maintaining the overall data quality regularly, coordinating between internal Finance Team and sales team.
- Support evaluation of promotional activities vs projections to ensure growth in market share of our brands with profitable business growth
- Analyze financial KPIs (incl. pricing) on product launch and re-launch supporting in Business Cases for new products
- Estimate impacts of various scenarios on annual LPI (List Price Increase) process to support sales team to make the best decision
- Helping with the yearly- quarterly- and monthly financial closing activities.
- Shape the future of Commercial Controlling function on different levels being main contact person for regional/global projects rolling out to Belgium
