Your Tasks
We are looking for an intern to support local Italian Team IT Service Delivery.
The candidate will support in providing the organization with 1st level IT service support, ensuring security standards, and applying the roll-out of global and local guidelines.
The candidate will support the team in providing a population of 300+ employees with the appropriate 1st level support concerning both client and software installment and update, as well as User IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
Support on:
• Client installation / update (Laptops & desktops)
• Installation / Configuration of corporative software (iPhones & iPads)
• Direct contact with the Global IT team and with other affiliates
• User IT infrastructure
• Server environment (1 level)
• Network / Wlan (1 level)
• Administration of HP Asset Manager
• Administration of Active Directory
• Responsibility of HP service manager
• Addition folder permission
• Addition software installation
• User training and onboarding (Windows, Outlook, etc.)
• User communication regarding security, rules, usage
• Improve the failure points identified in audit sessions
• Partner of the Business regarding specific IT requests
