Your Tasks

  • Developing and tracking by account full year sales strategy
  • Prepare a full year forecast, review and amend on a monthly basis aligned to S&OP
  • Facilitating and collaborating with different support functions to insure BDF KPIs are delivered within set parameters
  • Fully monitor and track customer EPOS data to support insights to action approach
  • Negotiating and finalizing annual BDA across KA customers
  • Monthly, Quarterly and FY Target Planning and Achievement by category, volume and value
  • Building full year customer promotional plan by Week, category & SKU in line with company and customer activation plans to insure sell in – out and market share growth
  • Executing customer activation plan at head office and working with BDF S&CM team to ensure OTIF execution vs. plan
  • Monthly FC and DIH review with category manager
  • Alignment/follow up with supply chain team on SOH and DIH
  • Agree NLP with category manager and follow up customer system update
  • Follow up promo activities & POS implementation
  • Check planogram & availability
  • Discuss with store managers about any issues/requirements

Your Profile

Education:
  • Bachelor's from an accredited university
Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience is required in a wide range of FMCG functions with a recognized business.
Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Skills:
PC/IT:   High proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on advanced excel. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
