At Beiersdorf, we are committed to enabling digital transformation across our organization. Our Application Development team is a trusted partner to all business functions, implementing custom (web) applications that make a difference to how people across Beiersdorf take decisions, access relevant information and pursue their daily work. We are looking for a passionate “(Senior) Full-Stack Developer” to join the team.
Our team consists of highly motivated and experienced application developers from various professional backgrounds spanning open source, Microsoft and SAP technologies. We are part of Beiersdorf’s AI & Automation organization.

Our tech stack:

  • Node.js, Vue.js, Python, Flask
  • Docker
  • Microsoft Azure: App Service, App Service Plan, Cosmos DB, SQL Server
  • Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Terraform

Your Tasks

  • You engage with internal users to design both smooth user experiences and user interfaces that are the face of our digital solutions.
  • You take strong end-to-end responsibility for the developed applications: From frontend to backend, from implementation of CI/CD to monitoring of our services.
  • You are proud of your work results. That is why “You build it, you run it”.
  • Via implementation of tests, code reviews and pair-programming with fellow developers you ensure high quality of our code, documentation and compliance with our best practices.

Your Profil

  • Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Computer Science or in a related field
  • Practical experience with Node.js and Javascript frameworks like Vue, React or Angular
  • Experience in UX/UI design is a big plus
  • Strong Python skills. Practical experience in at least one of Flask, Django or FastAPI
  • Strong general software engineering skills including DevOps and CI/CD
  • Knowledge of design of microservices and experience in containerization with Docker
  • Experience with relational databases. Basic SQL skills
  • Written and spoken English. German is a plus
  • Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and eagerness to continuously learn
