Your Tasks

Be the Eucerin Body & Aquahpor marketing strategist with a real hand on approach:

  • Builds efficient and strategic portfolio management for the different subsegments in Body and Aquaphor.
  • Leads and drives the brand strategy and innovation plans; achieving business objectives. Consistently monitoring & analyzing business performance, market situation and competitors.
  • Drives profitable brand growth steering main KPIs: Net Sales, Gross Margin, EBIT and Market Share Growth.
  • Define brand priorities for the year and 2-3-year framework focused on the positive evolution of KPIs.
  • Track and contribute in S&OP Process.
  • Manage Marketing Budget according to strategy.
  • Review, analyze and improve with the Digital Manager the media plans for the brand considering the main Digital and Positioning objectives (equity and attributes) and the competitive landscape.
  • Co-coordinating agencies (PR, Creative, Digital Media) and cross functional teams (Shopper & Consumer marketing, Sales, Medical Management, Training, Digital, eCom) to deliver the agreed plan according to brand strategy.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end sell-out and market share data to find channels & categories opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Business Administration Graduate or similar, with a specialty in marketing or Shopper/ Customer Marketing.
  • Minimum proven commercial experience (+3 years) in marketing, digital marketing and/or Shopper & Customer Marketing as Senior Assistant or Coordinator positions.
  • Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with an entrepreneurial mind-set, with a strong can-do attitude.
  • English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate or Advanced.
  • Spanish Proficiency: Advanced or Native.
  • MS Office: Point and Excel Upper-Intermediate or Advanced.
  • Proven experience in FMCG or Dermo cosmetic market
  • High strategical and analytical approach.
  • Experience managing agency partners - both creative, digital and media.
  • Analytical, proactive and creative problem solver with a passion for telling campaign performance stories through data to inform future investments.
  • Experience managing and optimizing budgets to ROI goals.
  • Innovative -comfortable challenging status quo, bringing creativity to problem-solving through the use of innovative frameworks and technological solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
