Your Tasks

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement global eRGM strategies tailored to e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in key markets and platforms (e.g., Amazon, Alibaba, Shopify, etc.).
  • Drive collaboration with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market dynamics.

Assortment Strategy

  • Define and optimize e-commerce-specific assortment strategies, ensuring the right mix of products is available across platforms to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and marketing teams to align assortment with market trends, consumer preferences, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor and analyze assortment performance to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Support markets developing eMSL per channel.
  • Guarantee proper alignment with other sales channel

Pricing and Promotion Management

  • Design and optimize pricing strategies for e-commerce platforms, ensuring competitiveness while maximizing profitability.
  • Lead the development of promotional frameworks, balancing investment efficiency with sales growth.
  • Develop governing principles to ensure eCom Channels are aligned with offline sales channels on price index to facilitate consistent pricing strategy and execution (between offline and online channels).

Data Analysis and Insights

  • Leverage advanced analytics to identify revenue growth opportunities, customer trends, and performance drivers in the e-commerce space.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as conversion rates, basket size, and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of eRGM strategies.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including e-commerce platforms and digital marketing agencies, to drive initiatives.
  • Act as a thought leader in eRGM, providing training and guidance to regional teams.

Your Profile

  • University Degree in business administration or similar with emphasis on Controlling /Sales
  • Long term experience in Revenue Growth Management, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing global e-commerce strategies.
  • Local Market experience
  • 4Strong experience in pricing, promotions, and trade investment within digital channels.
  • Proficiency in content marketing basic principles. Concrete knowledge of website analytic tools.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Significant independent responsibility with a strong bias for action/ entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, digital marketing, and online shopper behavior.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
