If so, we want to hear from you! We're looking for a highly motivated Eucerin website manager to join our team and help us take our digital presence to the next level 🚀🚀

As the Eucerin website manager, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Eucerin websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and user-friendly. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and develop and implement website strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Your Tasks

•    Manage and maintain the Global Eucerin & Aquaphor websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and user-friendly
•    Work closely with global/local stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that the websites meet their expectations
•    Develop and implement website strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
•    Collaborate with the global marketing team to create and publish content that is relevant and engaging to the target audience
•    Monitor website analytics and use data to make informed decisions about website improvements and optimizations
•    Manage website projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
•    Responsibility for the domain management and consideration of all legal requirements in cooperation with the legal department
•    Perform in-depth technical audits to uncover any issues related to Search Engine Optimization, focus on website quality & accessibility (crawling, rendering and indexation) and ranking
•    Track, report, and analyaze key SEO metrics and the overall SEO improvements by creating data collection, automation and visualization capabilities
•    Identify and implement the on-page and technical SEO elements with the support of development team
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for website improvements and optimizations

Your Profile

•    Relevant courses or certifications in digital marketing or business informatics.
•    3+ years of experience in website management, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
•    5+ years of experience in project management, preferable in digital projects
•    Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
•    Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
•    Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize website content for search engines.
•    Experience with content management systems such as Sitecore.
•    Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with new ideas for website improvements and optimizations.
