Your Tasks
Become part of our team and get insights into the Quality function for end to end Supply Chain processes in Europe and North America region, have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment and drive digital transformation.
Your Tasks
- Design SharePoint sites for team collaboration
- Digitize manual reports in Microsoft/SAP BI environment
- Data evaluation and analysis in Excel, SharePoint or Power BI
- Database work (fill, update, check completeness, report preparation)
- Develop training modules for regional quality processes
- Support in operational regional tasks
Your Profile
- Strong knowledge and experience on MS Office 365 applications (SharePoint sites, teams, Power BI etc.)
- Active usage of MS office tools (specifically PowerPoint, Excel)
- Project Management Skills (Able to follow up and monitor action plans closely)
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong team player, fast learner, good communication skills
- Background in informatics, business, economics, chemistry or related fields
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.Additional information
