Your Tasks
The job purpose is to contribute to development of NIVEA categories in POS across all channels; development and implementation of Shopper Activation Strategy and driving POS development and promotional materials in line with marketing processes to secure in-store excellent POS execution.
Category Development
- Overall responsibility for local brand communication at the POS assuring consistency with the ATL communication and global/regional POS guidelines
- Ensuring that most effective mechanisms are used to support sell-in and sell-out
- Preparing yearly budget plan to effectively support all planned activities for all channels
- Reporting and tracking trends that influence PoS activities, e.g. Shopper behaviors, Channel structures and Marketing tools, etc.
- Collecting and supporting ideas of relevant Shopper Insights and ensuring application in channel dedicated activities
Promotion
- Steering Drive Plan with focus on communication and promotions
- Playing active part in agency briefing and cooperation on promotion development and execution
- Driving excellent promo execution and in-store visibility
- Evaluating and proposing improvements of promo mechanism to drive promotional efficiency
- Controlling promotional execution process and brand performance in shops (via store-checks, sales reps)
- Influencing on POS materials development according to actual procedures and requirements
Tools & Processes
- Defining and reviewing optimizing of SCM concepts and KPI’s developments for run activities
- Using data and knowledge from available tools: Nielsen, GFK, local & Int’l Research Studies, U&A, etc.
- Using project management tools to deliver quality output and secure implementation timings
Team leading, collaboration and development
- Leading, motivating and developing direct reports and team
- Collaborating with and leading external Agencies and service providers
