Working Student Supply Chain - Global Fill & Pack Technology (all genders) I Beiersdorf

Your Tasks

As Supply Chain technology experts, we scout, evaluate, and develop new Fill&Pack technologies to support net zero/sustainability, innovation initiatives and future capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in a dynamic, global environment while contributing to various projects and initiatives.

  • Gain experience and contribute towards the organizational transformation journey of Filling&Packaging Technology organization.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and R&D teams(eg. Packaging Development) on Fill&Pack technology projects to drive joint development efforts.
  • Support in scouting and developing new Fill&Pack technologies to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Support in designing Fill&Pack concepts for new Technology Center working with the other functional engineering teams.
  • Participate and support in cross-category projects/initiatives to enhance collaboration within Supply Chain.
  • Support in organizing cross functional workshops, stakeholder presentations, data management and other project related tasks.
  • Support in defining the trainings and capability needs for the key roles under the Fill & Pack Technology organization.

Your Profile

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Packaging Technologies, Supply Chain or related field.
  • You must be enrolled as a student throughout the duration of the working student role.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in German is plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous experience or internship in Supply Chain and Fill&Pack technologies is preferred.

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
