Office Manager & HR Services Administrator
Your Tasks

Supporting the HR Manager in rollout of key HR interventions and employee relations topics;

Staying abreast of changes in local labor law, and connecting with central, regional or HRBP team on these changes;

The handling of local onboarding activities for new employees;
-
Corporate Social Responsibility: Support local CSR initiatives in the country/cluster;
-
Health & Safety: Local HR lead and representative for H&S in the country/cluster under the direction and support from the HR Manager;
-
Engagement: Support and where relevant lead on local initiatives for engagement;
-
Wet signatures, addendums, contract printing, filing, archive management, scanning documents and upload to online documenting tool;
-
Car fleet management, handling the on-site logistics of the car fleet;
-
Event management, organizing the on-site logistics of HR events such as trainings and CSR days;
-
Local support for IT related issues in collaboration with the IT Service Delivery Manager;
-
Local contract management for office management and HR vendors;
-
Office Management responsibilities related to the coordination of the office.
Your Profile

Education: University degree;
-
Work Experience: 1-2 years in HR administration;
-
Legal knowledge (Employment and Labor Law);
-
Previous Experience with SAP HR module would be an advantage;

Languages: proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
